Dr. Prater states, “We parents expended enormous effort to prepare ourselves for the empty nest syndrome as we anticipated our high schoolers going off to college. And how can we help our young children now to prevent our homes from becoming the Hotel California?”Guest speaker, Dr. Jeffrey Prater, has spoken numerous times both at Growing Families and LCPC’s Parent Education program.
